On Saturday, June 20th, we're honored to be the kickoff location for the New Jersey Highlands Coalition's Annual Spring Car Trek: From Field to Flour — New Jersey Grain Heritage Tour.

The day will take participants on a self-guided journey through some of the most beautiful landscapes in our region, tracing the full arc of grain in New Jersey — its deep history, its near disappearance, and its exciting revival. The tour winds through working farms and historic sites, with stops that include the historic Cooper Gristmill and a thriving regenerative farm, before concluding with an optional lunch at The Ciderhouse at Ironbound Farm.
